Many moving parts require careful management.
A project to upgrade, improve, and expand the 32-year-old Municipal Center will run according to plan after the Board of Supervisors on September 7 approved a contract with Eckles Construction Services Inc. for Construction Management Services.
The project will see a complete renovation of office and meeting space, Parks & Recreation space, and other services. Council Chambers will gain space to accommodate larger meetings, while the Customer Service area will be even more accessible to residents.
According to the contract, Eckles anticipates the project will be completed over the next year, with a Winter 2024 close-out period.
